A team you can rely on.
We’re experienced paralegals who bring clarity, care, and a collaborative approach to every file.
Our story.
CORE Paralegals was born from a simple idea: legal teams deserve support that’s smart, reliable, and easy to work with. We saw a real need in small and growing practices for experienced paralegal support that offered flexibility without the commitment of a full-time in-house hire. Too often, firms need the ability to take on more work and grow their practice without worrying about whether they have enough volume to fill an internal role. From day one, our mission has been to step in and lighten the load. We blend years of experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a calm, approachable attitude to help firms grow with confidence to keep work moving and clients well served.
Our process.

Raquel Brizzi
Raquel understands the realities of running a modern law firm. Before founding CORE Paralegals, she began her career in the legal industry as the first and only paralegal at a busy mid-sized firm, where she built and led the paralegal department. Her role required expertise across both real estate and corporate law, shaping her strengths in systems, training, and comprehensive legal support.
Known for being proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, Raquel thrives on solving problems and improving processes. Starting her own firm deepened her connection to the legal industry and strengthened her commitment to supporting others. She extends that commitment beyond her work by supporting animal welfare organizations and fostering dogs in need.
